Cake Lovers Unite loves helping our customers celebrate with style. If you’ve never ordered a custom cake, you may have a few questions about the process.
We get that. But celebration shouldn’t be stressful. So we wanted to help you navigate just how celebrating with a gorgeous cake, cookie or cupcake can be easy.
FAQ about ordering
To order your custom cake, please use our order form here: `{`link`}`. You’ll get an estimate right away, and pay a deposit to hold your spot. We’ll send you a total along with your confirmation, and then get started on crafting the deliciousness!
Our cake orders fill FAST! For best results, you should order a minimum of 2 weeks in advance, and preferably 1 month ahead of your event date.
We take cash, Mastercard, Visa, Interac and etransfer.
Delivery can be arranged through a third-party delivery company. We do deliver all wedding cakes ourselves.
We have a certified, inspected commercial kitchen at 769 King St E in Cambridge.
We will do our best to accommodate special requests. Please be advised that our kitchen is NOT a nut-free environment.
Our smallest cake serves up to 10 servings. Our largest standard single-cake order may serve up to 60. For larger orders, please contact us!
If you are unsatisfied with your cake, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will do our best to fix the issue. Please be aware that we do not copy cakes identically and work much better when given creative freedom.
